Esther Cowan: Ringmer, East Sussex, United Kingdom; I have been in the company of young children since before my own daughters were born. My creative background continues to help me recreate and recycle ideas I have been using for over 15 years during my career of working with young children. What I enjoy most is sharing 'wow' moments with the children as they happen. The interests of the children are the starting point for my planning.
